As a Daily Worker Bartender, you will be at the heart of our operations, preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages to our guests. You will use industry-standard tools like Cocktailflow and BarTab to manage orders and inventory efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control using Cocktailflow and BarTab.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety protocols.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the beachfront restaurant and handle peak hours efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with using Cocktailflow and BarTab for inventory and order management.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Must be available to work daily, including weekends and holidays.
