📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and train a team of store assistants,Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage inventory and ordering processes,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve performance,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or store management,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of healthcare retail industry is a plus,Familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture
