📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of office operations, including scheduling, coordination, and communication.,Support the General Affairs Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures.,Handle administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and record-keeping.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Assist in organizing and managing office events, meetings, and other activities.,Support the procurement process by managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of supplies.,Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or administrative setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
