📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
  • Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
  • Monitor and track procurement spend to ensure compliance with budget and cost control policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Participate in procurement team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
