📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.,Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and improve product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes and reducing defects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.
