📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and model MEP and fire protection systems using Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP engineers to integrate systems and resolve design conflicts.
• Create detailed documentation, including schedules, legends, and construction drawings, to support the construction phase.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical input to ensure the quality and accuracy of the designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in MEP and fire protection engineering.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative solutions for our clients.
• Ensure all designs meet the project's budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP and fire protection engineering.
• Proven experience with Autodesk Revit, including the ability to create and manage complex models.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes, such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
