📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools such as Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic System (MDS) and Vehicle Diagnostic Interface (VDI).
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and service procedures.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
• Proven experience working on Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Certification in Mercedes-Benz service training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as MDS and VDI.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
