PT Duta Sinergi is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing excellent support to employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee benefits administration, including payroll processing and leave management.,Facilitate employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.,Coordinate with internal departments to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide training to employees on these matters.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
