📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve business goals.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility and compliance with company policies.,Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve departmental efficiency.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Business Administration or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
