Warung Elsa Cafe & Coffee is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our café equipment, ensuring smooth operations and a pleasant customer experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia with reliable internet access.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on café equipment, including coffee machines, refrigerators, and kitchen appliances.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment to ensure hygiene and safety standards.,Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.,Collaborate with the café manager and team to ensure efficient operations.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in café equipment maintenance.,Provide technical support to the café staff as needed.,Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent future problems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or repair of café equipment.,Familiarity with various types of coffee machines and kitchen appliances.,Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
