Bloom Crystal Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. This position is available for remote work, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while being part of our vibrant Ubud office. As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials to meet our operational needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods.,Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Assist in the development and implementation of new purchasing strategies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with purchasing software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
