The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.,Monitor and report on budget performance and variances.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
