📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices to vendors and service providers.,Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable payment terms.,Monitor accounts payable balances and prepare monthly reports for management.,Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable records.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.,Provide training and support to junior staff in the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting regulations and tax laws.
