Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Development Chemist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the innovation and development of our water and beverage products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development of new water and beverage products, from concept to commercialization.,Conduct research and development activities to improve product quality, safety, and sustainability.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure product success.,Develop and maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and quality control procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in water and beverage science.,Mentor and train junior team members in product development and quality assurance processes.,Manage and optimize the product development budget and timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in product development, particularly in the water and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, packaging materials, and food safety regulations.,Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including HPLC, GC, and microbiological analysis.,Experience with product development software and tools, such as ChemDraw, LabX, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
