Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.Create and manage displays that effectively showcase products and align with the brand's vision.Collaborate with the retail team to ensure displays are visually appealing and meet sales targets.Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Stay updated with the latest trends in visual merchandising and retail design.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide training and support to junior merchandisers as needed.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of merchandising strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using design software and tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Familiarity with the retail industry in Bali or similar tropical destinations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
