In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of technology with farming practices. With a focus on sustainability and scalability, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of agriculture in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and launch of new Agritech products, ensuring they meet market needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineers, farmers, and data scientists to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to inform product strategy.
• Manage product roadmaps and timelines, aligning with company goals and industry trends.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote and position products effectively.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for Agritech products.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in Agtech or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of farming practices and the challenges faced by farmers.
• Proficiency in Agtech tools and platforms such as FarmOS, AgriWeb, or similar.
• Experience with IoT, AI, and data analytics in agricultural applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
