• Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 Claim Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Oversee the entire claims processing workflow, from initial assessment to final approval, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Analyze claims data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize the claims process.
• Collaborate with underwriters, policyholders, and external vendors to resolve complex claims and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management on team performance and process improvements.
