In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end trading processes, from market analysis and risk assessment to negotiation and execution. You will work with a diverse range of commodities, including tin, pepper, coffee, and cocoa, leveraging your expertise to secure the best deals for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end trading processes, including market analysis, risk assessment, negotiation, and execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities.
• Monitor and report on trading performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Leverage trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv Eikon, and Tradeweb to execute trades.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of trading strategies.
• Provide training and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commodity trading, with a focus on tin, pepper, coffee, or cocoa.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing models, and risk management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of trading platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv Eikon, and Tradeweb.
• Certification in commodity trading or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
