📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel.,Oversee the front office operations, including check-in/check-out, guest services, and reservations.,Ensure the smooth functioning of housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and training as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Participate in shift meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in hospitality management is a plus.,Experience in managing international guests is a plus.
