📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.,Answer and direct customer inquiries and requests.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Provide information about bakery products, services, and promotions.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
