📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure the smooth operation of the health center by overseeing daily activities and coordinating with other departments.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, service quality, and operational efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and support for professional development.,Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve organizational goals and objectives.,Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
