📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility on Lazada.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics and Lazada Affiliate Dashboard.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including banners, emails, and social media posts, to drive affiliate engagement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to affiliates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Report on KPIs and ROI to stakeholders and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of Lazada’s affiliate program and e-commerce landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, and ShareASale.
• Certification in digital marketing or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
