📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with business objectives.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Lead and participate in operational projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
