MOMENTUM Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team in Blora. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and the timely delivery of materials to our projects.

As a Lead Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the purchasing activities of the company. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that our procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate the purchasing activities of the company.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to projects.

Prepare and analyze purchasing reports.

Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.

Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
