📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the resort's vision and values, particularly focusing on sustainability and eco-friendly practices.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
