📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
