📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and person specifications.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
• Provide feedback to candidates and manage the recruitment process efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
