Conduct detailed investigations into safety incidents and near-misses.,Analyze data and evidence to determine root causes of incidents.,Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.,Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for management.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including management, employees, and regulatory bodies.,Provide training and support to employees on safety best practices.,Maintain accurate records of investigations and corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Proficiency in Japanese language, both written and spoken.,Experience in safety investigation and incident analysis.,Knowledge of local and international safety regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations in Bali.
