📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold calling potential clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.,Prepare and present sales reports and other relevant documents to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the maritime or related industries.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
