📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, ensuring they meet the client's expectations and objectives.,Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to secure and grow event business.,Oversee event budgets, ensuring they are managed efficiently and effectively.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.,Create and manage event marketing materials, including promotional content and social media campaigns.,Analyze event performance and provide insights to improve future events.,Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business plans for the events division.,Represent Knoxx at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.,Strong business development skills with a focus on client acquisition and retention.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.,Proficiency in event planning software and tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating memorable experiences.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
