PT Fajar Raya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Taman Sari. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating our fleet operations to ensure efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and overall fleet health to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and maintain all fleet-related documentation and records.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues promptly.,Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.,Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of fleet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
