Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.,Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and make hiring decisions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
