📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement innovative mobility solutions to enhance public transport efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct data analysis using tools like QGIS, ArcGIS, and Python to optimize transport routes and reduce congestion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mobility solutions with existing transport infrastructure.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of mobility solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in urban mobility and smart transportation.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve the overall travel experience for commuters.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobility analysts and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in transportation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban mobility and transportation management.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing mobility solutions using GIS and data analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in GIS or urban mobility solutions is a plus.
