📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Support the finance team with data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking using SAP and Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
• Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders using Mandarin language skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support the HR team with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and scheduling interviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
• Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) for travel purposes.
