📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact our users.
• Analyze system performance data to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement monitoring solutions to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure the optimal performance of our platforms.
• Provide technical support to our users and resolve any issues they encounter.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Document all monitoring activities and incidents for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in IT monitoring and a strong background in cloud technologies.
• Certifications in ITIL, AWS, or similar are a plus.
• Proven experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must.
